I could talk for hours about how DBT has given me tools to identify and express my emotions, act in ways I can be
proud of that doesn’t elicit shame, and be truly honest with myself and others around me. But the most amazing part has been experienced since becoming a mother and realizing I get to teach all of these skills to my daughter from the beginning! Helping to raise the next generation of emotional intelligent children who love themselves. That is what DBT has given me.
