Why don’t we teach emotional intelligence skills to our kiddos in school? Growing up is terrifying—especially in this social media age! Going through adolescence, experiencing intense new emotions, trying to figure out who you are—students need emotional intelligence training to move skillfully through the world.

A Premium Learning Experience

Emotions Summer Camp, hosted by Dr. J.J. Kelly and a hand-selected team, delivers the four essential models of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—a proven tool for developing emotional intelligence. This includes:

  • Mindfulness

  • Distress Tolerance

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills

The goal of this camp is for students to learn the skills to make effective choices based on their family's values - which increases their self-esteem and self-confidence.

World Class Programming

Each day blends DBT with carefully curated afternoon activities that reinforce emotional intelligence through experience. Activities may include guided meditations, self-defense training, creative writing workshops, therapeutic art sessions, energy work, and even plant therapy—all led by recognized experts in their fields.

Premium Experience

  • Five full days of Emotional Intelligence Skills Training - venue TBD

  • A vegan, nut-free lunch and nutritious snacks

  • Exclusive welcome kit including custom camp merchandise and EQ tools

  • Small group instruction with leading mental health professionals

  • Take-home materials for continued practice

Your kiddos will emerge with more than just skills—they’ll have experienced a transformative program that sets the foundation for emotional intelligence, all while learning new ways of nurturing themselves. They’ll be better equipped to handle conflict, process intense emotions, and manage stress with confidence and grace. While they’ll still experience the natural highs and lows of adolescence, they’ll possess the tools to navigate these challenges with confidence and resilience. And that’s what will bring them more joy in their life.
